Base Construction has no respect for subcontractors! I don’t understand how a company who can’t get things done will yell and belittle the subcontractors who are working hard and spending weekends on their job sites. After sending an invoice they don’t like to pay, make false claims that you have pulled everything, and holds onto the retainage that they owe you. After 35 years as a Subcontractor, Base Construction is by far the best General contractor I have ever worked with. Cody and KC deal with everything in a calm cool manner because they know exactly what they are doing. In the construction business planning every move is a must, and Trenton, Josh and Crystal their project managers are the best in the business. Base Construction is not an up and coming company anymore, they are the best in Southwest Mo.
As a subcontractor and supplier I enjoy working with Base Construction. Their experience in the commercial construction industry is apparent and the team they've built are professional, fair and easy to do business with. Their office staff is friendly and efficient and pay invoices on time.
