My partner loves Dr. Forbes and for that reason she is great in my book. The women who answer the phone are not. Things are stressful and I understand you guys are busy but imagine how the people calling in feel. I know HIPAA laws, I asked a general question. The tone and attitude in which they speak is not necessary, especially since people are reaching out to a cognitive behavioral center for a reason. Thank you to Dr. Forbes! I am ONLY leaving a 5 star review because of Dr. Forbes.
I have attended continuing education workshops on sleep and anxiety. Dr. Daley and Dr. Umbach were excellent presenters and were very collaborative.
This counseling practice is excellent in many ways. The space is warm and inviting for all ages (cool enough for kids/teens too!) and the therapists are clinically sharp, effective, warm and supportive in their work with clients. I would highly recommend this practice!
