Very polite people. Willing to work with you and assist you in a variety of forms. They have an online auto pay system. I'm a fan of that. Who likes the hassle of having to drive to the office every month to pay bills. The storage is very clean facility and very well maintained. I'd recommend this place to anyone who needs to store their RV, Boat, Motor Home, or in my case, a personal vehicle.
This was a great place to store my motorhome until the new rental company took over, now my bill changes every month for some reason and when you send them an message it takes for ever to respond. Then they send you an invoice for the next month two weeks before it is due and they want you to pay it when it comes in, when you go to pay it doesn’t give you a place to pick the day you want to pay the invoice like almost every other place does. I sure wish the owner would start handing this again they were great to deal with.

The Base Camp storage facility has been great, they have a dump station and plenty of water hoses to use. The storage is 18’ wide so I can have my slides out while in storage. They have a 24hr access and the front gate that is always closed with keypad access. Well lit with security cameras and plenty of room to maneuver around.
