No follow-up after installation left us without working solar for 3 months. Compensation was promised but never offered. I was told there was a technician call-out — there wasn’t. I fixed the issue myself with the manufacturer. Communication was passive-aggressive, responsibility was deflected, and there’s been no contact for over six months. This was a housewarming gift from my grandmother and was handled very poorly. Mistakes happen — but the lack of follow-up, ownership, and resolution is why I cannot recommend them.
