Dropped off a watch to have crystal replaced. They had it for two weeks but never made any attempt to repair it. Picked it up took it elsewhere .
repaired my old mechanical watch which was severely not keeping accurate time. Very happy I found a place.

i did not have a good experience with this place, they replaced a clasp on one watch $ the clasp is 3 x larger than the one it had, they did something else with the band, now whole watch is uneven. i am very displeased, not quite sure how they made a watch i loved into ugliness. i also brought a band in & wanted it put on watch # 2, they said it couldn’t be done (will not fit). i had it put on by a knowledgeable jeweler. Be cautious of this place..
