Went in to get two watches up and in working order. They did it within ten minutes, and I had already found an early Christmas gift as I perused. Pardon the pun, but this is a gem of a place.
I mostly worked with Terry and she was absolutely delightful to work with. I had so many questions and she was so patient and kind. On the day of purchase, I also worked with Mary too and she was so great and funny. She adjusted my watch so quick. Both made my first antique Rolex experience one to remember. Will be back someday! The best ladies.
I can’t say enough good things about Mary. She is so pleasant to talk to. Great customer service!
Had a Victorinox Swiss Army watch that the manufacturer deemed not repairable. They repaired my watch with not problem. Pricing is reasonable. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
