Dr. Basaldua is very easy to talk to and puts up with my demanding demeanor, no easy feat, yet keeps me on track as to what I need to do health wise. Yes sometimes the office staff can be a pain but thats the medical system in general, not them.

This must be one crazy busy clinic. While making an appointment for my husband, the girl tells me he can be seen the 2nd week of November. As soon as I tell her the reason for the visit, oops, it looks like he now can’t be seen until the end of November. Apparently in the 1/2 minute convo someone else was assigned the appointment. I honestly felt like the girl didn’t think my husbands reason to be seen was important and she told me that to discourage us from making the appointment.
