I come from an architecture background and I was pretty excited to start a relationship with BAS stone for my personal apartment. I happened to see their warehouse while driving by and looked into it on instagram. I was quick to get a reply when I reached out via email. When I told the sales rep, Brandon Torres, that I couldn’t come in due to travel plans and preferred to set up an initial video call, I got ghosted. Followed up with no reply. Even if it’s 2026, that shouldn’t be considered appropriate for a business…
