God awful. The Frances Apartments were amazing prior to Stephanie and her siblings taking over. I lived there 14 years and the last 3 years were a nightmare. Stephanie rude, unprofessional and illegally enters Apartments. She fabricates stories and blames tenants for property and property management issues. I wanted to sue her but didn't want to hassle with court and filing fees. Run, run far away
I just moved into a property on Center St. and rented it unseen. Marvelous! Way better than I expected for the money. Gas wasn't on yet but called and within an hour it was fixed!
