⭐ 1 Star Can I give zero star ?! I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with BA’s Carpet Cleaning was extremely disappointing. Brandon was unprofessional and treated me disrespectfully from the start. The most shocking incident occurred when I handed him my credit card and, instead of returning it to me properly, he threw it away. BA Carpet Cleaning LLC rescued my new carpet from a blue chemical spill. Brandon and his team go above and beyond to accommodate and assist. This happened on a late Saturday morning. Despite their full schedule, they made sure to find a way to fit me in and help me out the same day!! Even offered not to charge me if the stain failed to come out. I am AMAZED!!! I don’t know what magic he brought, but Brandon did a phenomenal job on my teen daughter’s bedroom! Also very reasonable pricing.
The guys that came was very polite they did they stuff. My carpet looks amazing 10 out of 10 must recommend they are going to get a phone call from me all over again because they did an amazing job on my carpet. It smells lovely in here. It’s a huge difference. they was very professional. They got in and got out in no time.
Brandon was so incredibly quick and thorough; our carpets look amazing! It was so easy to schedule, they were prompt with communication and so kind and professional. He’s good at what he does, and you can tell his customers and business mean a lot to him. We’ll definitely be using him from now on!
