⭐ 1 Star Can I give zero star ?! I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with BA’s Carpet Cleaning was extremely disappointing. Brandon was unprofessional and treated me disrespectfully from the start. The most shocking incident occurred when I handed him my credit card and, instead of returning it to me properly, he threw it away. I have never experienced anything like that from a service provider. The quality of the work was just as disappointing. I paid to have a 3,000-square-foot home cleaned, including carpe... read more
The guys that came was very polite they did they stuff. My carpet looks amazing 10 out of 10 must recommend they are going to get a phone call from me all over again because they did an amazing job on my carpet. It smells lovely in here. It’s a huge difference. they was very professional. They got in and got out in no time.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but Brandon definitely earned one. He came out himself, showed up on time, and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure everything looked great before he left. The carpets came out looking so much better than I expected, and the whole house feels fresh again. It’s nice working with a local owner who clearly takes pride in his work. If you’re looking for someone honest who does quality work, I highly recommend Brandon.
Brandon was so incredibly quick and thorough; our carpets look amazing! It was so easy to schedule, they were prompt with communication and so kind and professional. He’s good at what he does, and you can tell his customers and business mean a lot to him. We’ll definitely be using him from now on!
They did a great job. Really worked hard and did wonders on stains that previous carpet cleaners couldn’t get rid of. Everyone at BA’s is great to talk to and work with. Very friendly but also very professional and willing to work with your schedule. I’ll definitely use them again.
