Disappoint of a business, I shouldn’t have to wait 2 hours for a line up that takes 5 mins I’m so tired of these mid ssa barbershops making it mandatory to set appointments when they don’t even get that type of business.
Friendly and welcoming environment. Very professional and timely. Scott’s great with Kids too.
The call service sucks, I made an appointment a week before and they would not pick up the phone when I realized I put it on the wrong date. I called all day for them just not to pick up. Then I called them half an hour on the day of my appointment to say I was going to be late for them to pick up the phone again. I called more than five times just to not pick up. CJ or whatever his name is needs to do a better job picking up the phone. I ended up wasting 35 dollars. Thank you for nothing.
