I have been a loyal customer of Barwis since it opened, bringing friends, referring others, and even having my team train there. Unfortunately, loyalty means absolutely nothing to Hilary, the so-called manager, or the gym itself. The boot camp pricing is never consistent—they increase the rates arbitrarily, with no transparency, no notification, no justification, and zero regard for long-term customers. Had Mac as my trainer, had a shoulder surgery done and this is by far the best physical therapy place I’ve ever been too. They have worked so hard for me and I’m so grateful.
I had a back surgery, triple heart bypass, right leg bypass with 82 staples and a debridement on my right foot that left me with 2 less toes! That was all with in 2 months less than a year ago.
