It is obivious they have a great leaders with Chad and John because everyone in the bank is awesome. This is how banking should be done. Beware! They have many people working there that have no clue what they are doing and should not be in banking. I have had numerous issues with my loan and on multiple occasions I caught them trying to keep money from me. Also, I found out that they incorrectly setup one of my business accounts. Which could have been a major issue if I had not caught it. I brought my issues to John, the branch manager, and he did not care. I closed all my accounts and moved to South State Bank. Quick service never a hassle
Chad and his staff have gone above and beyond for us for several years now. When you walk in to the branch, everyone is so available to assist, remembers you and it has a small town bank feel in a large county which is so hard to find these days. Knowing I can pick up the phone or text someone and get an immediate response and put a name and face behind it is worth its weight in gold
I have been doing business with Barwick Banking for several years now both personal and business. Through several commercial loans, Line of credit and multiple transactions, they are top notch!
