Jeff Barter was prompt to come by and review the foundation issues I had at a home I was purchasing. I felt he was very honest and upfront about what repairs needed to be done, which was not as bad as I had feared. The bid he gave me was very reasonable. They did a great job. Explain what they did and took pictures and showed them to us. I would recommend them to everyone.
Definitely would recommend Barwell Solutions if you have a foundation issue. We couldn't tell if our newer home was having a foundation issue or just settling. Barwell didn't want to just fix the foundation... they wanted to find what was causing it. After a thorough search, they found a water leak we didn't realize we had, which confirmed we had a settling issue. They were quick to bid and the crew did the repair in a single day. Very pleased.
