I had a very disappointing experience with this doctors office. The way they speak to patients on the phone is extremely rude and unprofessional. They seem to have no understanding of how to communicate respectfully with patients or provide proper customer care. I was honestly shocked by the attitude and behavior, I received a medical office should make patients feel respected and comfortable not frustrated and upset unfortunately, this place was the complete opposite.
