So very unsatisfied with this medical group we have been calling numerous times left vms and yet they never return the call and your on hold for a good 10 min bef it transfer u to there vm .
I took my IHHS paperwork to the doctor over a month ago and still haven't received them back so I was dropped from IHHS and have to start this crap all over. I've been calling almost every day and still haven't got nothing but lies. She will call you back smh very unsatisfied
After waiting 2 hours with an appointment for my baby girl immunization. They wanted me to go see a different doctor for her immunization. Then after waiting for 2 hours for a few shots my baby happens to find this in “Exam room 5” on the floor
This is a good clinic. We are so lucky to have any Drs in our little town, but they are good and they care about patients. I hope they stay here for a long time.
