I recently used Bartwood Construction for a second story construction job. My home had a very small roof leak over 15 years, which resulted in extensive dry rot and termite damage to the structural beams supporting high cathedral ceilings. I really appreciated the quality of workmanship that I experienced with Bartwood with all the work they did on my house. The people I dealt with, that work for Bartwood all were exceptionally polite, professional, friendly and courteous. The men they sent to repair everything from the drywall and cabinets under the sink to the outside stucco did an excellent job. Bartwood recently did some work on my home to repair fire damages. The drywall repair and paint job was skillfully done and looks even better than it did before the repairs. I was also very pleased with the re-tacking and cleaning of my carpet. I don't know about the other man complaining about Bartwood being late but they were always on time to my house. Bartwood recently handled a water leak at my residence and I could not have had better service. George Berlin, with Bartwood, did excellent work in restoring the initial appearance of the downstairs bathroom. He and his Bartwood team were awesome. I would highly recommend Bartwood to anyone needing emergency services.

We chose Bartwood Construction due to its proximity to our home. We truly made the right choice! Mark Bautista established excellent communication with us. The workmen worked very hard, taking a short lunch break daily. They seemed dedicated to installing the flooring in a timely manner and even worked on a Saturday! Late, and didn't keep their promise. Had interview with them they were 30 minutes late, and said would call me back if I was selected or not, but they never called back. Do you want a company that might not keep their word to you and show up late?
