Daniel initially did a roofing repair at my brother’s house in Barrhaven. My brother was very happy with his work, I was then referred to him by my brother. I have been extremely impressed with Daniel’s professionalism and competence. He has been a pleasure to work with. If anyone in the Ottawa or surrounding areas is looking for roofing services I cannot recommend him highly enough.
The cost of this service is completely unjustified. What I received was low-quality, poorly executed, and not worth even half the price charged. Premium rates were taken, but budget-level work was delivered. When questioned about the pricing versus quality, I was met with excuses instead of improvements. This feels like a complete rip-off.
Deadlines meant absolutely nothing to this company. Dates were pushed back again and again without proper explanation. Each delay came with a new excuse, none of which resulted in real progress. I had to keep following up just to get basic updates. This level of unreliability is unacceptable.
The information provided upfront was misleading and incomplete. What was advertised was not even close to what was delivered. Prices kept changing, timelines were never respected, and every conversation came with a new excuse. The staff appeared untrained and uninterested in providing proper service. Instead of professionalism, I encountered arrogance and careless behavior. This business cannot be trusted to deliver what it promises.
If you expect support after payment, think again. Once the transaction was complete, communication almost completely stopped. Calls went unanswered, messages were ignored, and emails received generic responses that solved nothing. There was no follow-up, no concern, and no attempt to ensure satisfaction. This business clearly does not value its customers.
