Huge thanks to Daniel at Bart’s Rooftops. He replied to my email about a leaky garage roof right away, gave a quote, and was here the next day. He patched the damaged shingles and sealed a ~2" crack in the valley, sent clear photos of the problem spots, and walked me through the roof’s overall condition. Super honest, efficient, and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.
