Very nice people. I can be indecisive on big financial decisions and they never made me feel pressured or rushed. They have nice vehicles and Jay works hard to get you approved. Tony the owner cares about his business and his customers. Gladys was very kind and helpful as well. Good group of people.
BUYER BEWARE, Sadly, I cannot provide a five star like I thought I was going to. This is not a one star because Jay does offer some quality used cars. Gladice the office manager is very organized and puts together a nice package for RMV. The problem is, we made a cash deal on the phone with a credit card deposit to Secure the vehicle Until the following day. we made the deal to the penny, I'm paying the 12,000 balance in cash. he said that's it I am a straight shooter. I cannot stop gushing about the AMAZING service and experience with Jay, Gladys and Tony. It started with being in contact with Jay on a Sunday, test driving the car on Monday, discussing financing. Jay and Gladys worked out the financing and a week later I drove off the lot with my beautiful new (to me) car!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Bart's Automotive to anyone looking for their next car!
