Before I get say anything this is a very positive review!!! I get a whole cheese cake for my boyfriend’s birthday every year from here (it’s hands down the best cheese cake I’ve ever eaten btw) and there was a problem with the online order I placed and I was charged twice but the order didn’t go through. The General Manager Ed was extremely kind, helpful, and understanding and went above and beyond to fix the problem for me. Amazing macaroons. Staff was very friendly and the manager Ed was so friendly. Pastries are very good and reasonably priced. Cant wait to come back.
Delicious pastries and a beautiful dining room, however, they are always out of cinnamon rolls (their best pastry!) So if you want one of their tasty rolls, go to the Wexford location because, unlike Cranberry, they never seem to run out. It strikes me as odd that this location doesn’t have any back stock given how popular their cinnamon rolls are and the fact that they sell out in the morning every day of the week.
Pastries are really good. Coffee is not. Service is bad but just in the GenZ-i don't know how to talk to people and I'm always rude and unhelpful- kinda way. Food is fine. Crepes were full of cold icing from a tube so... fine?
