$62.90 to make an appointment under the guise of a "Comprehensive Exam and Consult" all in 5 minutes, all the while being upsold shampoos and teeth cleaning. "Sorry for the misunderstanding Sir," doesn't make it right. Went in knowing issue and wanting appointment and cost. This is for a cysts removal. Advised that teeth cleaning was far more important than a growth from within. The best for understanding pet health, pet issues like effects of stress, latest and best approaches for how to help pets and ability to do what needs to be done. Further they also are excellent with their compassionate while honest discussion with you on what the issues are and how to best address them. Everyone, from the front desk to the Dr. Cordero are so kind and compassionate. In October, when our sweet kitty, Angel, had to be put down, their staff was so kind and let us take as long as we needed to to say our goodbyes. They had a special room set up for her and treated her, and us, with such kindness and respect. ❤️
Dr. Cordero and her staff are always so welcoming and friendly and have provided amazing care for our pets. They have gone above and beyond with caring for my injured Maltese-poodle the past 2 weeks. I know I wouldn’t have gotten through this without their love and care. This photo is 10 days after his “incident” occurred.
The staff here is amazing! They are always happy to greet me and my dogs. Dr Cordero goes out of her way to make sure that all animals are taken care of and to ease your concerns. Highly Recommend
