Was given a verbal price for them to come back and do more work .when they arrived he wanted to charge me $100 more .he said a verbal price from him means nothing .I should have got it in writing! He charged me for an extra hour and didn't even use that time ! Never recomend them after years of loyalty

Never returned my phone call to the emergency. Good thing heat still worked and only water leak. I only have to double the water bill this month
