I went there on August 5,2025, to get a colonoscopy, I have something serious going on with my health. Anyway, they prescribed the solution for the colonoscopy that same day and said they would call me to schedule it. It's been 7weeks going on 8 and no phone calls. I have tried to call them many times and was only able to get through a few. I left several messages and even sent them a email. I have heard nothing from them. The worst you can never get through it takes 2 to 3 days most of the time to get through they never call back when they say I have been waiting for a colonoscopy since May 2025 still don't have a appt
The staff here is so unprofessional. My wait to see the Dr was 2hrs. I express my frustration to the MA and she was basically telling me to get over it!!!!!! Very unprofessional!!!!
