Whatever you do, DO NOT I repeat DO NOT live here! The manager that was originally there left, and moved back to Florida. They hired some woman with a really nasty attitude. The office was smoked filled, she let all of her family move in. The maintenance guy was extremely lazy, and never got anything done. The trash bins stayed full, trash was everywhere including mattresses, and furniture. good place to live,no big problems so far.
The apartment itself is nice but the management changes at least once a year. The current manger is very rude to the tenants and has a nasty attitude. Will not renew my lease be of management.
Owner Robert Rees is nonexistent even when there are problems occurring sometimes at the residence. He is never there for problems
