Excellent optometrist! Dr. Bart Powell fitted me perfectly for contacts and also did a test of my cornea, and determined that my high intraocular pressures in my eyes were just because of my thick cornea, not dangerous pressures related to early glaucoma since my optic nerve is also healthy per his tests. This was huge peace of mind. Thank you for being thorough and proactive with my eye health. I am grateful!
Dr. Powell and his staff were absolutely amazing. They were patient, friendly and they explained everything.
Great, friendly, expert, considerate services. Dr Powell's expertise noticed something that needed attention (that I hadn't noticed) that possibly saved my eyesight and probably my life. It's great to have an eye doctor who really does pay attention to the health of his patients.
I was in Memphis when I started to have severe pain in my eye. A friend in Lakeland recommended Dr. Powell, and so I went to his office and he saw me between patients who had appointments. He found and treated the problem, and shortly after I left, the pain was gone and I am treating it further with the med he prescribed. Thanks to him and his staff for prompt and awesome service. a
