If I could give zero stars I would!! Recently my daughter called to have her AC unit serviced. The tech gets there and tells her the unit isn't connected to power, so he can't diagnose it. There is a junction box less than 3 feet from the unit. If he can't connect power to an existing unit, that also means he can't install a new unit. Incompetent or lazy?
