Called multiple times over last 3 weeks asking for someone to call me back or let me know if they could or could not help me. Never received a call back, so moving on to a firm that is responsive. Disappointing as I like working with local companies.

I had an unfortunate circumstance that necessitated legal counsel. I called and after describing my situation was quoted their fee and informed what steps would be taken to conclude my situation. After dropping off the fees at their office I was notified that my situation had been taken care of, and that with my permission they would pay for my court costs. I agreed and it was a wrap. They made a bad thing go away. Call, pay, follow directions.
I worked with Rachel Hall and as a stay at home mom it was horrendous trying to find anyone to help. She's the one you want. Not only do you get a confident attorney, but the confidence she exudes aids you in the painful journey of divorce. I am very grateful for the her time, knowledge and her forthrightness.
