Mike had the audacity to try to get me to say that I would send my friends to Barton to buy a car after, he said he takes pride in taking care of his customers. If this was true, I would've never had to request a jack, detail the pet hair out of the new car nor had to request a check on the battery that was bad. Barton cares about sales not customers.
They use the heating impaired to answer and direct the calls. The makes for a frustrating situation. Then, salesman Mike said thank you and hung up on the customer as they were still speaking.
