RecommendedI love the higher end stores there. But please do something about the Kiosk sales people. I find excuses to buy things online instead because of them. Many are aggressive and yelling at us all to come to their kiosk. When I go to the mall, I have limited time and a plan. It doesn’t include being harassed by vendors. We walk here Every day and Today they are blaring canned track music so loud that I cannot hear my walking buddy. It is so loud and annoying. I ran the music program at Austin’s airport ABIA for 14 years and our intercom music was kept at a respectable level. I will be looking for a new place to and shop.
The music was changed today to be at full volume throughout the mall. The choice of music is questionable and it is so loud, 15 people I’ve met are vowing not to walk or shop here anymore. We have been told the stores requested this. Doubt it.

Always a great place to hang out. Nice clean movie theater many options for you shopping needs.
I remember a time when a guy could go to the mall and see a few good looking women. Those days are GONE. The females in this mall are ABSOLUTELY GROTESQUE
Need to come here to get some of the Chanel and / or SOME high end make up , Or if I'm specifically looking for new Ralph Lauren for me and my hubby and some of the things my kids prefer. Depending on who is there will make all the difference in the actual customer service you get. The only thing is just that we live so far away. Other than that I love and always will LOVE Nordstrom's!!!
I had a great experience I love going to the food court I had the Japanese restaurant and it was great experience they have really good food there and one of the workers the cashier was very nice to me and very understanding on my order thank you Barton Creek mall
The Sharku Japan cashier was EXTREAMLY rude. All I asked was for half of ice in my drink and refused to serve as I asked. Then proceeded to say that they will not serve me my food. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service experience I had today. �����
