Absolutely horrible customer service. Was approached by security at the mall to leave the premises because management didnt want Color Vibe people in the mall. I explained polietly that we already washed up, dusted off and wanted something to eat and shop and that we were clean. I showed nothing was left on my clothes, shoes or hair. And we were told to leave because of what we were wearing. Then we were followed out to make sure we left. HORRIBLE!! Parking is a bit of an issue, but the mall is always well kept and very few vacancies.

Burlington Mall is usually above par when it comes to Mall shopping and dinning. Though yesterday when we arrived we entered thru the doors next to Legal Seafood and took the escalator upstairs to the second floor. While riding the escalator myself as well as others we're electrocuted by touching the metal next to hand rails. I went to the security office to notify them. There was two guards there. Never again will I go to the Burlington Mall on black Friday. It was nothing but a kids hangout.
This mall is rude the employees are rude don't have any customer service skills and only have one food court only thing that good in this mall is the children's store
Love this mall! Great array of high-end stores and merchandise. Also has some great places to eat!
1st time in an American mall. The experience was good. 1st time in Macy's. Enjoyed shopping while my husband sat in a comfy chair in the Mall.
