My family has used Barton Plumbing for many years, but unfortunately I have become increasingly disappointed with the quality of their service. They have serviced our water pumps on multiple occasions, and it seems that after each repair the pumps fail again in a shorter amount of time. Most recently, they installed a brand-new pump along with a fail-safe device that was supposed to protect the pump from burning out if the water tank ran dry. I had an issue with my water pump as we live in the hills and we were without water over a smolderingly hot weekend and I called and left a voicemail for service. That Monday, they called back and came out that same day to troubleshoot and repair the broken piping. We had full water service that same day.
