I have used Dr Cook for many years and he is a wonderful Dr. He seemed caring and took the time to answer all my questions. The staff there have always been very sweet.
Was not explanatory or knowledgeable ( explaining what could be causing the irregular heartbeat i.e electrolytes, thyroid, heart disease etc.) in explaining to me about what could be going on with our daughter. I asked for the office visit notes and dictation notes of the echocardiogram. I sensed a degree of stereotyping. I don't know everything but I thank GOD that I know what I do know and if you have a child who's having audible palpitations and an irregular heartbeat please find out what's going on.
