Went to an event Bartolottas catered and bartended, it was delicious and service was incredible. Tim the bartender was a joy! He was the cherry on top of a lovely evening

We went to the restaurant in Brookfield for our 5:30 reservation. Things were quite busy when we arrived but we were seated immediately. The waiter raved about the 40 day aged Kansas City steak. When dinning out and aged steak is offered, I usually order it and can not remember being disappointed. However, this steak qualified as one of the toughest pieces of meat I thing I've ever had. I am not very happy with their business practices. We placed a down payment for a wedding reception at discovery world. The reception was to take place in 2020. Due to Covid everything was shut down. After several attempts of calling for a refund, we got the runaround. We were told we would have to schedule another date, which was not conducive for us.
