Disappointed Despite the Beautiful View The view at The Bartolotta Restaurant was fantastic, but unfortunately, the service was shockingly poor. After ordering drinks, we asked where we could sit and were told we could either sit by the water (self-serve) or upstairs where there is full service. We chose to sit at a lower patio area, assuming it was fine since we had just ordered. Went to an event Bartolottas catered and bartended, it was delicious and service was incredible. Tim the bartender was a joy! He was the cherry on top of a lovely evening

We went to the restaurant in Brookfield for our 5:30 reservation. Things were quite busy when we arrived but we were seated immediately. The waiter raved about the 40 day aged Kansas City steak. When dinning out and aged steak is offered, I usually order it and can not remember being disappointed. However, this steak qualified as one of the toughest pieces of meat I thing I've ever had.
