He was patient and I never felt rushed or pressure to make a decision. When we were ready, he was there. His installers are top notch, careful and kind. We installed the Lutron mechanical roller shades and will be using him for drapery as well.
John Bartolo (yes brother) did an outstanding job both anticipating my needs and wants in the selection of my new window treatments. He really is the best!
