If I could give zero stars I would. **** was unreliable for snow removal, making promises and never showing up. He would also bill for duplicative services that were already paid for. I had to have him come out several times to fix a terrible plow job where the car couldn't open doors in the driveway. I do not recommend Bartolo Concepts for anything. The way he operates is no way to do business.

i think the guy is a joke if you pay this man for services good luck on completion or if you work for him good luck getting paid
After reading BBB review I was worried. But like all things in life I was wrong. Bartolo Concepts did an amazing perfect job. Matt, advised me not to get dirt to solve my water problem. He showed me what had be done to prevent water seepage. I have never seen workers do what they did. Not only am I satisfied, but I would give this company a 5 star rating. Believe me , the report that I read was incorrect. People are People.
