DO NOT rent or purchase from them. We have lived in a duplex that they manage for 2 yrs and they have treated us like their other tenants that do not pay their rent. We pay our rent on time EVERY TIME. I do not believe that it is fair to treat us the same way that they treat others they have rented to. Plus, they tried to say that we didn't pay rent one month, it was because the check was on the floor and no one bothered to look for it!!!
