Absolutely loved touring Bartley Lofts!! Beautiful property with an amazing and welcoming staff. Samara was very professional and very knowledgeable she’s the reason why I’m most certainly considering making Bartley Lofts my home.
Today, I scheduled a tour to see some model units for an anticipated move later this year. Samara Sanders, who guided us through the tour, was awesome! She customized my tour based on the needs/wants I relayed to her. She was extremely kind, thorough with her explanation of the amenities and unit details, and professional. When I received the notice that my lease was expiring, I figured id check around the local options before renewing. I really like where I currently live so I knew it would take a lot to convince me to move. Kelvin graciously allowed me to book a same-day tour and from there, the decision was easy. Do not recommend. Be aware that quiet hours is not enforced by the property at all and that means residents come in and use the pool late into the night after 11pm with kids shouting very loudly echoing all the way to the top floor with the flawed building design. It’s so loud I can hear it with the windows closed. Happens constantly throughout the week and property management did not take advice like maybe shut down keycard access to pool and hot tub area from 10pm to 8am. Do not recommend.
My experience so far with Bartley Lofts and their staff has been amazing! Kelvin, Ceniyah, Spencer, and the rest of the staff have been such a pleasure working with and extremely responsive from the initial apartment showing, through the whole leasing process, to any everyday assistance needs. Love my new apartment and its location to downtown Huntsville. So glad I chose Bartley Lofts!
