As a new patient, I made an appt in March 2024 and 1st available was for July. I gave all my info over the phone at the time of making the appt. Now appt day is finally here, I called to confirm the day before because I never received any calls or text as a reminder. I drive an hour to get to the Piedmont office and as I’m checking in the receptionist tells me they “don’t take this specific plan of my insurance”. I have United Health, US Group PPO plan. Dr. Morgan has been and is one of the best OBGYNs I have met. I found her office through google after moving to the CRSA location. From day one she has been caring, compassionate, a listening ear, and educator. I have had 2 miscarriages and through everyone she has been caring and educated me a lot about my situations. During my second miscarriage at 21 weeks she actually came in and sat on the bed and had a heart to heart conversation with me and my husband that encouraged us. Dr. Morgan is fabulous. She always takes the time to actually explain what she is doing and listens to her patients. She delivered my second baby and it was an awesome experience. I would highly reccomend her.
