Very disappointed in a place I had a great first impression from. They sold us a car at the end of August saying "every car is thoroughly checked in our own garage. We wouldn't sell anything that isn't fit for sale." Four months later, there is over $750 worth of repairs. They also promised they would fix all the small touch up things. Still waiting for that call... Overall, do not be deceived by the friendliness of the employees. All the terrible things about "used car salesmen" hold true here.
We were looking for a late model used car, and we found the perfect one at Bartlett's on Beck Lane. Steve was amazing - he listened to what we were looking for, showed us cars in our price range, didn't pressure us and had us test-drive several. When we found the one we loved, Scott helped us cruise right through the paperwork, and got us on our way. We are thrilled with our car and the wonderful treatment we received at Bartlett's. They even have their own service center on site, so we can get our maintenance and oil change... read more
