My husband Bob has Tinnitus and it was affecting his normal hearing, especially high pitch voices. A hearing test at the Red Bluff facility prompted the fitting with Starkey hearing aids. It took about a year of tinkering and adjustments but Joe was able to fine tune the hearing aids to replenish the hearing loss at certain frequencies. Now Bob says the hearing aids have restored his hearing to nearly normal standards! Thanks Joe for your expertise.
I have had nothing, but good experience with Bartlett’s Hearing Aid Center in Chico. They helped me keep my hearing aids maintained and updated with the newest firmware. Everyone who works there are awesome!
They treat you like family! I respect them tremendously. I always look forward to my check ups and the good conversations. After my husband lost his hearing aids in the Camp Fire we were blessed to have the office contact us to let us know they were replacing them and we have been so pleased because otherwise due to our situation he may have gone without them. I recommend this office to anyone who is looking into hearing aids!
I’ve been going to Bartletts for about three years now after trying two other local places, including the infamous Costco with its lower prices......not if you have advanced hearing loss or have trouble adjusting to the situation. Bartletts tested me, advised me, and sold me the hearing aids I have on right now. I’ve missed appointments, continually just drop in for a minor adjustment, steal one of their great pens every time I’m there and they still treat me like I was the queen who has a hearing problem ..... smiles, hugs,... read more
