The field rep came to inject my trees, but after walking my property and the road looking for nests he suggested treating only 1 of 12 trees. He was professional, courteous, and honest, and so was the office staff. Bartlett is truly a company of professionals who aim to do what is best for both the trees and the customers. It is truly a pleasure to work with them!
Terrible service. Don’t return phone calls or emails. William Buckley misdiagnosed my tree issues several times and then never followed up on next possible treatments. Tree not likely to survive. Do not recommend.

Bartlett Tree Services is far superior to the other tree services in Central New York. I tried 3 others, then found Bartlett. It is my intention to stay with them for future needs.
