During one of the recent Northern VA storms, a huge elm tree lost a limb and crashed into our backyard. I immediately called Ben our Bartlett representative for advice. The first crew came and removed the mess that had literally just missed our home. Then came the process of removing the severely damaged elm. I have the utmost confidence in this company but I was once again amazed at their professionalism and skills! hey cameat 8 AM andwere wonderful ... took care of the things that were under the tree, even moved my car down the street, sprayed where decorative rocks were in the ground so that they could be placed back where they were. Throughout the whole tree removal Jake gave me information when I came out to see what was happening and explained that while straight at the bottom it was leaning at the top and could have been a real problem if it had decided to fall on its own.
