Jacob Griffiths did a great job taking care of us and the trimming team shaped the tree between us and our neighbor very nicely. It is our kid's favorite tree and they were thrilled to see it trimmed up and looking healthy!
The arborists themselves are pleasant and professional but two main complaints: 1. We shared our concerns with them in March about the health of our backyard Aspens, and we were assured they were fine. Now, the end of June the Aspens are dying a sad, sickly death which breaks our hearts to watch. 2. A constant irritant with Bartlett is their lousy, incompetent bookkeeping system which will send you multiple invoices in one day for one visit if they do a few different things. After seeing one of Bartlett's crews work a job up the street, I decided to contact them regarding the removal of our large 50 foot cottonwood tree. Given the size of the tree and the proximity to our house we wanted to make sure it was taken down safely and with the right equipment. The crane crew that Sam coordinated for did a fantastic job and the Bartlett guys kept the job moving along and our property clear of debris.
