Bartlett tree experts are horrible drivers with a horrible attitude when explaining why I was upset. He broke checked me multiple times while going under the speed limit. Then stopped while turning into my neighborhood (says he had to slow down) but he actually stopped so the people behind me almost rear ended me. Then this dude decided to DARE me to report him to the company. Disgusting behavior!
Bartlett's did a phenomenal job on our trees today and we are very satisfied! The staff were very friendly and professional. If you need tree removal or trimming they are highly recommended.
They had done work for me in the past after a storm a few years ago and Jay and his team were very prompt and professional,.yet this time I was a bit reluctant because Jay no longer covered my area, but I went ahead. My only complaint was communication. Not calling to set up the appt when they said they would call and not returning my calls after a week of waiting,.so i left a discouraging email with no response as well.
