I called Bartlett a few years ago to help with two large Arborvitae that had an infestation of Eastern Bag Worms. That’s when I first met Garrett. He was so knowledgeable, friendly and helped us save those trees with a few treatments. I appreciated his honesty that we had a 50/50 chance of them surviving. Corporate franchise. Outstanding local Arborist, Crews and performance that I suspect is hampered and directed by Corporate dictates. Despite the superior on-site performance, I decided a shift to a LOCAL licensed Arborist and Crewthat be the best for our property management.
Bartlett tree experts are horrible drivers with a horrible attitude when explaining why I was upset. He broke checked me multiple times while going under the speed limit. Then stopped while turning into my neighborhood (says he had to slow down) but he actually stopped so the people behind me almost rear ended me. Then this dude decided to DARE me to report him to the company. Disgusting behavior!
Bartlett's did a phenomenal job on our trees today and we are very satisfied! The staff were very friendly and professional. If you need tree removal or trimming they are highly recommended.
