We hired them for one beautiful magnolia tree that developed scale. We paid for all the recommended services, but got no results. If anything, by the time we fired them last week, the tree was as bad as it's ever been. Their response " I've done everything I can...maybe you should try someone else. " We went with them because of the glowing reviews, but clearly they didn't impress us. Very expensive with no results equals 1 star, at best.
Bartlett is excellent. Mike in the office communicates well and knows trees better than anyone I know!
