Had an appointment with them 2 weeks ago. Their arborist was a no call no show. Waited around all day for him and nothing. Called their office multiple times and left messages explaining and requesting a call back and never heard from them. What kind of customer service is that?
So happy with the impeccable work they did in our yard today. They definitely know their stuff...the trees, the equipment, and how to do it all safely. I was relieved, since our trees are monstrous, and the ground treacherously rocky. I was very impressed with how they handled each situation. Thanks, Pat and the team, for your professional expertise. It was a pleasure from start to finish. I would recommend you in a heartbeat.
