We had a large Oak bough laying on the house wires (recent growth spurt added considerable weight to the bough, hence the drop). Nick assessed our needs & additionally recommended removing a Mulberry tree which was threatening wires closer to the house. I received detailed info to contact Duke Energy for a 'line drop' so the work could be done. We were extremely dissatisfied with the quality of service provided by Bartlett, both in terms of workmanship and customer support. We hired the company to address some overgrown shrubs in our backyard, expecting professional care from a certified arborist. Unfortunately, the results were disappointing. The technician who performed the work appeared to follow the arborist's notes in an overly literal manner.
