We had a large Oak bough laying on the house wires (recent growth spurt added considerable weight to the bough, hence the drop). Nick assessed our needs & additionally recommended removing a Mulberry tree which was threatening wires closer to the house. I received detailed info to contact Duke Energy for a 'line drop' so the work could be done.
