I'm not sure what happened. I contacted Bartlett Tree Experts in November 2025 to come and look at our old family Japanese Maple tree that was hit by a vehicle. I wanted to see what the damage was to this important tree of mine. Dan came out to look at it, but haven't returned any my hundred of phone calls to give me his opinion on my tree. I had to call another company because the driver insurance is waiting on my claim. I'm sorry this happened to me, but I only wanted a email or a phone call back.
I have had a great experience with Bartlett Tree Experts. Kyle Foster, in particular, is a very honest and trusted arborist. He has advised us on many trees on our property and has always had our best interests at heart (and our trees), whether it's tree removal, treatment, or letting us know that there are no issues. I will continue to trust Bartlett with my business. Thanks Kyle!
