Six Stars! We have worked with Bartlett tree services for several years now. Our arborist advisor is very attentive and thoughtful about our trees and their management. The teams that come out to do the work are professional, hard working and good communicators. Most importantly they are incredibly conscientious about safety at every step of the process. Tree work is expensive but it is worth it to hire top people who protect your house, your other plants/trees and who take care of their own safety too.

I had a certified arborist out to provide professional insight on a few cottonwoods a neighbor had complained about. It was easy to make the appointment; Bartlett worked with my schedule, and they emailed confirmation a week or so in advance. The arborist showed up on time and was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He braved his way through a nasty blackberry bramble to do a real inspection from the base of the trees. We had Bartlett come out to prune several trees. Having had two trees ruined by poor jobs in the past, I was a little nervous. I was impressed with the care each of the team showed to achieve a healthy separation between trees while making sure each cut ended up looking good. A specimen tree looks better; we just can’t tell where it was pruned. Both the arborist and the team leads communicated well before, during, and after the job.
