Pablo has been servicing my trees for a while now and I cannot thank him enough for his amazing work ethic and genuine care! Today Pablo and Troy came by to also trim my trees for the first time. I love how amazing they look, but even more so, I love that they cut by hand (mostly)! That is how trees are supposed to cut!! From now on, I only want them to trim my trees! And, of course, thanks to Alex, my coordinator for keeping my trees beautiful and well taken care of by sending such great help! I am a loyal customer now!
Bartlett does a great job and we have used their services for years. Everyone is always very professional, the arborists are very knowledgeable and educate the homeowner as well. Great service, and cleanup. Highly recommend.
I called Bartlett as a last resort when some of my fruit trees either died or had minimal production. I tried various self-help measures without any positive results. A Bartlett arborist sent soil and plant parts to Bartlett’s lab to diagnose the problems. The treatment plan they devised held the virus/bacteria at bay. No one answers the phones and when the woman does answer she's a rude as they come. I'm on my third rescheduled appointment for treatment. Late notice of such and so on. Not sure what has happened. They use to be responsive and reliable, though the woman whom answers the phone, not so much. I'm moving on.
