Contacted Jarrett Wilkes with Bartlett to prune my trees rather than having them topped like many of my neighbors. Certified Arborist was the biggest selling point. Jarrett contacted me within a few days of my initial request, using the contact method that suited me best. The quoted price was very reasonable and Jarrett called to let me know that he was running late for the initial appointment. I have hired BARTLETT TREE SERVICES before, and once again these guys were excellent in all respects; expert tree knowledge, use of tools, customer interaction, cleanup to my total satisfaction. They send the best crews and I appreciate it very much. I rarely give a rave review like this. I will definitely use Bartlett again!

Very professional, same day service for a tree damaged by the October 2011 snow storm.
I called Tree Medics to remove an old rotten looking Hackberry tree that I was concerned may fall on my house during a storm. The office personell was very courteous and schedulled an estimate for me the next day to meet with Chris. After he listened carefully to my concerns, he checked the tree out and confirmed that it was in fact decayed and then came up with a job plan that sounded to be effective, and at a better price than I ancticipated.
